Facilities are old but it was clean enough. Sorry to say there are kitchen but nothing glasses that has only 1 coffee cup setted.

Poor service, poor condition, close to the airport
This is not a good hotel. Only stay here if you'll essentially just be sleeping here and won't be spending much time indoors or need much service from them. Expect to be staying in a very rundown-looking hotel room that, while reasonably large, is very unkempt and offers very poor service. Pros: - Close to the airport, but it's very difficult and awkward to actually walk from the airport because there are basically no proper sidewalks. You'll be walking along the side of the road in the dirt and the blazing sun, and it's not fun. - Reasonably spacious rooms - Airport dropoff (+ pickup?) service - Decent air conditioning, which is imperative in Guam. Cons: - Poor service. My room didn't even have a fork in it, anywhere. Not only that, the cutting board was disgusting (I'm sure it's technically washed, but come on. Just buy a new cutting board, for Christ's sake), and I also had no pots or pans whatsoever. Not only that, my room came with no toothbrush or toothpaste, and I had to ask to be given them. The fridge also has literally nothing in it (not even bottled water, which they refused me when I asked for some). - The WiFi is really, really bad. If you're looking to get proper use out of the WiFi, you may be in for a bad time. - Close to the airport, but very difficult to get to on foot.

I love that it had an airport shuttle and the hotel is the closest to the airport. The room was large with a kitchen facility, but not much amenities.

Not what we expected
The atmosphere was very laid back and staff were nice. The apartment that we stayed in was not very clean. It wasn’t exactly what we were expecting but not too bad for the price.

Comfortable Hotel
Guam Hotel Airport was very comfortable. It could use a bit more of cleanliness and upkeep but all in all, I enjoyed my week long stay. I would pick this hotel again.

The WiFi only worked outside my room, there was no hot water and the room smelled like mold and must when I walked in. The room definitely needed an overhaul

The lady working at the night shift was very nice and very helpful. She also help me obtain information on the cheapest mode of travel within Guam, taxi is very expensive.
