Helpful staff and efficient CS.

Big room and the building has sauna facilities which is a surprise, sadly we do not have time to enjoy that. Efficient CS and helpful staff. Since I booked from Hotels.com, it is misleading that it is a hotel and we thought it would have a front desk to keep our luggages. However, the staff there was helpful and CS was easy to contact and helped us to solve the problem immediately.

A cozy apartment

The location of the Forenom Serviced Apartments Helsinki Kruununhaka is not close to the Central Rail Station, it may take 10 to 15 mins walking distance from the apartment to the Centaral Rail Station, but the amenity of this apartment is very comfortable, the neighborhoods are residential buildings, no annoying reatil shops arround, the the we still can have nearby supermarkets and tram stations within 5 mins walking distance of the apartment. The whole apartment building is clean, only the provded dinnerwear, such as dishes, cups and forks, are not clean enough, so it would be better to provide the washing tools and detergent. There is no on-site staff in the apartment building, so the guests need to serve themself, but overall I felt comfortable about stay in the Forenom Serviced Apartments Helsinki Kruununhaka.

A very nice apartment with good location

A spacious apartment which is well equipped and clean. Very comfortable for both the flat itself and the environment nearby. Just 10-minute walk from the Senate Square and harbour. A little bit far away from the Central Station ( about 25- minute walk). Will be more convenient with the Helsinki card which includes all means of transportation within the city when your pack is with you.

The service can be better

The room is good, but there is a mistake when I checked in. The hotel have not updated my apartment number for me. So I need to call to the service centre when I cannot open the room. Make me very confuse.

Will choose again

If you walk from the central station, just 15 mins and there are so many transportstions accessed to the stay, I recommend bus 16, just 3 mins walk from the bus stop to the stay. The staff was easily communicated and replied quickly. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need. There are also sauna and laundry. Lift for heavy luggages. The neighbourhood was quite and supermarkets at the get-off bus stop street. Will come back if I visit helsinki.

不錯的公寓

地方很大舒適，適合一家大小。房間也很整潔。不太近火車站，落了車還需要行大約三分鐘，但可以接受的，因為是住宅區，環境寧靜，不嘈吵。附近有便利店、電車和公車方便出入。

Disappointed communication

Uncomfortable beds, bend mattress and very thin pillows. Also windy windows. I have reported them but not answered when i asked about luggage storage and priblem beds.

Great location. Very quite. Simple room, good to sleep. The reason I am not giving it a higher rating is because the bathroom stank of sewer. Might have been one of the drains (p-trap not filled anymore?), as the bathroom itself was very clean, but this should have been caught by maintenance.

Das Apartment liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Hafen und damit von allen touristischen Ausgangspunkten entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber praktisch. Eine zusätzliches Unterbringungsmöbel für Kleidung fehlt. Die Küchen- und Badmöbel waren schon etwas ramponiert. Das Apartment ist auf jeden Fall groß genug für zwei Personen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geht auf jeden Fall in Ordnung. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es auf der Straße vor dem Haus, sind aber echt teuer. Man sollte wirklich 2 x überlegen, mit dem Auto nach Helsinki zu kommen, da die gesamte Stadt gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erschlossen ist und es im Stadtgebiet keine kostenfreien Parkplätze gibt.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and had all we needed for a 4-night stay. The location was perfect - a fairly short walk from the station (15 mins), lovely area for just wandering, and a 10 minute walk to major attractions like Helsinki Cathedral. Really enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.
