I highly recommend this hotel! Rooms are modern and with an amazing view, the bed is firm and comfortable. Breakfast and room service menu with a lot of tasteful options. You can walk to Parque Arauco which is one of the Biggest mallls.

This was a great place for us to stay. We were two single females looking for a safe place to stay while in Chile and we found it! It was so comfortable, we felt completely safe, and we loved the gym and breakfast options. It was easy to find and had safe and convenient parking. Overall, a great place and would definitely stay here again. The only strange thing was the shower/ toilet/sink situation, just an odd setup, but we made it work!

Ok, but not great. Certainly not Hilton-worthy
It was fine, underwhelming for being a Hilton hotel, too many issues here and there. Wifi not working in pool area or lobby area Private events often getting in the way of enjoying the hotel facilities. Difficult adjusting shower temperatures Not very good room cleaning, there was fecal matters on one of the walls in the toilet room. Restaurant food was poor and left much to be desired. Carolina was great at dealing with other issues encountered.
