Quality and very convenient accommodation

Very convenient location as the hotel is in close proximity to the train station and bus station going up to the Machu Picchu. Room spacious and comfortable. Yummy breakfast with comparatively many varieties of food.

Não vale o preço. Reservei 2 quartos com 2 camas, me colocaram em quartos com cama de casal. Colocaram uma cama extra para o meu filho que estava toda mofada. No café da manhã tivemos que limpar uma mesa para sentar ja que todas as mesas estavam ocupadas pelos restos das outras pessoas, os funcionários estavam no local meio perdidos sem saber o que fazer.

Average but doable.

This is a very average hotel but doable if you’re just looking for a place to shower and sleep. Rooms are very small, outdated and stuffy. The bed was horrible and the mattress was probably 10 years old. There is no AC, but there is hot water and good water pressure. Note, the hotel is RIGHT next to the train station so pollution smell is strong and overwhelming. Breakfast buffet was ok and had everything you need for average - eggs, potatoes, fruit, coffee, bread, juice. Would not come back but ok for backpackers - not a place for comfort and luxury.

The staff can play with the lack of english speaking skills they have, I was caught with stopped water while I showered in the morning, they agreed it was maintenance issue and promised that they will refund one night as a courtsey and inconvenience, I wrote the complaint in their official complaint book and update it to ensure they fulfill their promise, later in the evening and upon checkout, upon asking status, they completely switched and punted the issue to each other in between 2 staff members. Not recommending this hotel unless you want to deal with unprofessional people who do not fulfill their commitment after you were standing in shower with shampoo on and they shut off water for 30 minutes for maintenance :(((

Hotel arrumado, ok para a noite antes de ir a Machu Pichu. Vantagens: do lado da estacao de trem e das ruas principais, facil para deixar as malas, voltar. Excelente custo beneficio. Quartos limpos, camas bastante confortáveis. Vale a pena!

This is like a boutique hotel. The portable floor air conditioner in my room did not work and it was hot in my room. The front desk staff came to push to buttons as I had done and told me they didn't have one to replace the broken one in my room. They have a note in the bathroom stating that you will be charged if you use the towels for make up removal or cause any stains on the towels, which is something I've never seen before, and I travel a lot. The hotel is right my the train station so I thought it would be very noisy but it was not so I'm really grateful for that. We were not happy that they didn't put our rooms next to each other even though I made the reservations a few weeks back. One of us was on 2nd floor and the other on 7th floor. The whole town is easily walkable and listening to the water going down the river/stream which cut through the center of the town is very nice.

Hotel com excelente localização, bem perto da Estação de trem. A estrutura também é boa, porém, a roupa de cama não estava limpa, com sinais de uso, como vários fios de cabelo. Além disso, vimos várias toalhas jogadas em um sofá no corredor, denotando falta de cuidado com esses itens. Quando tivemos que solicitar uma toalha de banho extra, a atendente simplesmente pegou esta no balcão da recepção. Desse modo, o hotel precisa melhorar a questão da limpeza e também o café da manhã, que tinha poucas opções e algumas não estavam frescas.
