Overall service was so far so good. We found the Housekeeping staff placed to bath towel in public areas at the corridor shelf. It was not clean for bath tool.
A Front Office staff who name is Chann if we remembered correct since his name was long spelling. We met him at the first night stay on 16th June. He was playing the Facebook in laptop during his working hours. Also he switched off all the light at the lobby so that was completely dark, it was dangerous for the elder who were not easy for walking on the stairs and eyes problem.
Other facility problem of the marble stairs. It was slipped if the guest who running or walk quickly at the white marble stairs.
The toilet locker could not lock in the guest room.
The air-conditioner was weak for ventilation so that was hot in the room.
For breakfast service, we thought it was inconsistent services that they provided fruits during Friday to Sunday, but they did not offer it on Weekdays. The staff did not ask the guest for coffee order upon the guest restaurant. Some staff add chocolate power for cappuccino
Lastly, there was lack label to remind the guest on how to dial the internal phone number to Front Office counter. There was no button or card for staff Do Not Disturb the room for Housekeeping service. Thus, the staff came to our room at the second day stay since he or she could not receive the guest preference on service.
Hope this hotel team beware of the above points that we share the opinions.
