I stay at this hotel every time I visit Korea, and for good reason — I truly can’t find any flaws. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel itself is in excellent condition, and most importantly, the staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. The front desk team, in particular, made a lasting impression with their outstanding service mindset. After a long flight, their warm welcome and professionalism helped me relax and feel at ease. Thanks to them, I had a truly comfortable and pleasant stay once again.

Lovely stay! Walkable to the station and the convenience store is nearby. Great lobby where friendly staff welcome guests. The view is facing the subway rail but the noise was not really bothering than look.

The room is very clean and very quiet in the evening. The shower stall is spacious and comfortable. There was no bathtub. The sockets are very loose, you should have adapters for 220V with thickened rods, 5.5 mm.

Nice hotel and staff (Recommended)

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and were overall very happy with our experience. The food, including breakfast, was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms were clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is great, just a short walk from train and bus stations that provide easy access to all parts of the city. The airport shuttle bus stop is also conveniently located only 2-min walking distance from hotel. More importantly, the room prices were reasonable and aligned well with the hotel’s location and city area, which make it a good value for money. Although the air conditioning in our initial room wasn’t working, the staff quickly resolved the issue by arranging a room change on the same floor. A special thanks to Mr. Song, who helped us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great Stay at Shilla Stay: Clean with Great Staff

I had a wonderful long stay at Shilla Stay - Guro Digital Complex. The hotel was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, with many speaking English which made my stay even more comfortable - because my Korean language skills are terrible, I was even more grateful for this. The rooms were cozy and provided a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. I also loved using the gym and the provision of a laundry room made it feel like home. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, being not far from the station, and surrounded by numerous restaurants, shops, and even a fantastic nail salon. However, I also enjoyed eating in the hotel's restaurant where various dishes were served at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend Shilla Stay for anyone visiting the area.

I loved that the subway was so close by and on the other side of the subway were restaurants however on the hotel side of the subway there was very little to eat out and to see. Nevertheless, a good area of the weather wasn’t so killer. Also, the staff was for the most part friendly but there was a desk staff who was a little too firm and angry for no reason. She got better afterwards however it wasn’t a good first experience as I felt uncomfortable and scared to ask for anything. The carpet on our floor was lifting and the wallpaper in our room the same, however it was a nice calm place for a week. We enjoyed our room and the breakfast - though it was the same menu every day. Merci!
