A hotel like a hell.

The hotel is not very suitable for the guests need to do laundry as they only have wash machine and no dryer. Also, the heater is broken too, and the reception only works from 8AM to 10PM, the location is also far to city centre, I would strongly recommend to pay a bit higher in krakow to experience this amazing city. This hotel is definitely dirty too, I slept on their sofa and got bite too. There are lots of hotels in Krakow, and this hotel is definitely the one you should be avoided to have a happy journey, this hotel is just like a hell. Rooms are big but useless.

Very nice apartment

Lovely spacious apartment. Nice big modern TV but nothing in the way of English speaking channels which is to be expected. Lovely big round bed. Adequate bathroom and kitchen area. Nice comfortable chairs in living area. Would certainly return one day.

A great location just a few minutes walk from the centre through the Planty We had a nice roomy apartment with balcony. We overlooked the inner courtyard but it was nice to be able to sit out Although it states the reception is only open 8.00 am to 8.00 pm there was always someone on duty Very clean and comfy and enough equipment for you to do your own self catering if you wish. Krakow itself is so stunningly beautiful. Definitely recommend a visit and I would stay at the Patk Side apartments again to

Underbart hotell. Fick ett mycket bra pris. Hade en toppen lägenhet i 2vån. Med egen jacuzzi och bastu. Skön säng som var rund. Lugnt område. Egen liten Terass. Kanske lite enkel frukost. Men helt ok. Inget varmt.

The photos we saw online were nothing like the cramped apartment (The Grammy) we stayed in. The main bedroom literally only had a bed in, which we had to climb over to get into - no wardrobe, drawers or bedside tables. The other bedroom had 2 single beds and a tiny wardrobe (perhaps 50cm hanging space) and no drawers. We had to keep our suitcase and with most of our clothes on the kitchen bench, not ideal for a 5 night stay. The living area was also very small, not really suitable for 4 adults. Pros - good location, coffee machine, the 2 maintenance issues we had were dealt with straight away and the staff were friendly. We wouldn't stay here again if we came back to Krakow.

Apartment was well appointed and very comfortable and just a few blocks away from everything in Old Town. Parking, however, is a nightmare. I did not know when booking to reserve a parking space so that really needs to be added to the description! I was lucky to find one after circling several times. (Lots of one-way streets so that was not a simple proposition.)
