The staff was super friendly and the location was great. However, the floor of our room was very sandy when we . And the hotel was very noisy. The beds were not very comfortable and in our case, the headboards were not attached so they rocked and hit the wall a lot just turning over in your sleep and the pillows were super thin and barely there bring your own pillows.

Aztec is fine if you need a place to stay but could use updating. Beds were clean and comfortable. Air conditioners leaked water every so often. Maintenance came to fix but the next day it happened again. Pool area is great, though pool is not heated, we enjoyed poolside room. Shower fixtures are very nice and shampoo/conditioner is provided. Connected to a restaurant that opens to the boardwalk. Great location! Lots of potential!

Great location and view. Very close to boardwalk and beach. Overall room needs an upgrade and remodel. Furniture old and falling apart. Room smelled and cleanliness was bad. I was only there for one night and couldn’t wait to check out.

Disappointed with how you could hear everything as if windows and doors were left open. However, the worst part was the cleanliness. It was not clean. We checked in and staff were really nice. But qe couldnt stay. So we lost 2 nights worth of money and had to find another hotel. We couldnt stay in that. Hair and dirt in the bathtub/shower, dirt on the bed sheets and bed skirt.

I use the Aztec sometimes when I’m at Seaside. It is right on the boardwalk. They have parking and a Resturant above it. The bathroom was recently renovated. The staff are helpful and friendly when I stayed there. I found the prices were reasonable given the height of the season and needed a quick reservation. I would use again when I’m in the area again

Love this motel been going for a few years now I enjoy the fact that there is a pool and you’re right off the boardwalk. Since I’ve been coming a couple years, I notice is decline of the property. Do not let the word resort full you it is a motel with a pool. But they are clean they are friendly. And the convenience of the place is wonderful. I would come again.
