The place was overdue for upgrades and cleaning, stuff was rude and does not believe in a smile, I will not return to this hotel at all.

The location, is close to some Attraction and close to delicious food

Very comfortable

We travel extensively and I had hoped that many of the negative reviews were just people who were overly picky. If you wanted to describe the sentiment “you get what you pay for” this hotel would be exactly appropriate. It’s not worth the money you save, it was a terrible experience. 1. They wouldn’t accept the credit card I had reserved it with via Expedia. 2. Upon arrival there were a couple random men sitting in our room using the electricity and WiFi for their computer. 3. There was no air conditioning so we had to have the windows open and it was incredibly noisy until well past 4am, even up on the 4th floor (3rd floor if you’re European). 4. The furniture was largely broken and there were whole drawers missing. 5. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced and the pillow was like a rolled up shirt. 6. It was mostly clean-ish but everything was stained. 7. The neighborhood is a little bit sketchy for the most part. 8. The TV had no remote, did not work with the buttons, and was facing the ceiling. It wasn’t worth the money we saved. Pay more and stay elsewhere. You get what you pay for.

Spent about 4 hours in this room which was probably enough

Small and basic rooms which are rundown and in need of renovation. Night staff also quite rude when trying to enter the hotel after midnight. Location is very good and within easy walking distance of the centre of Brussels.

Old building. Old mattress and not comfortable. Elevator too small and old but fast. Awesome staff especially the french man named Momo. He went above and beyond for me and my family.

We stayed 2 nights for $100 Euros a night. The TV, reported it as not working, was not fixed. The bathtub did not have a curtain and it created a flood after every shower. The bed was hard and the matress dirty. Saw this when the bed sheet came off and exposed the matress. Bad sign. I think it is overpriced! The place is well located and it is clean, except the matress.

The hotel is located about 8 minutes from the Grand Place and about 15 from the train station which is perfect. It is cheap so you shouldn't be expecting an amazing castle like room. The beds are a little uncomfortable but we were there only to sleep, the rest of the day we were out exploring so the room didn't bother me. I went with a friend, now if you're going on a romantic weekend that might not be your best option. The front desk staff is very nice.

This hotel needs a complete renovation. Only thing nice were the staff.
