I did not like the need to pay to operate the laundry and drying machines. I believe that for the daily rates I am paying, this should be included. Another thing, this hotel should have an indoor pool. Besides that. everything else gas great.

Good as expected. Room darkening curtain did not close. Not a big deal but would have made for a better nights sleep.

Pros: Room was great, bed comfortable, nice big TV, nice large walk in shower, in-room robe (love that). Cons: I had a kitchenette, but there were no plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. Had a kettle, but no tea or coffee supplies in the room. Ordered room service for dinner. Thought I'd treat myself to a tenderloin steak... not a good experience. Arrived with all of the dinner components basically thrown into a styrofoam container with plastic cultlery. Steak was overcooked and grisly, which I'm sure you can imagine was not fun to tackle with the plastic cutlery in that container. I had bought a bottle of wine to have with my dinner, and was told they aren't allowed to loan out wine glasses with my meal.

Need a pool and a hot tub would be nice otherwise it was a nice hotel

Pretty new, everything good. The only small nit-picky things is there was a long walk to the room and the hallway smelled like ketchup. I ate quite late and the buffett items were pretty dried out.

Staff is fantastic. Breakfasts are included and amazing.

Clean, new building. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, great kitchenettes, and awesome bathrooms. The best thing about staying at this hotel is the breakfasts! You’ll have a choice of so many different things to eat and they prepare your eggs exactly as you’d like them. Awesome way to start your day

It’s a nice quiet place to stay. Staff was friendly and very welcoming.

Modern and very clean, no bedbugs or signs of bedbugs ;)
