初めてのゲストハウスで最初は不安でしたが立地が良すぎてビックリしました。
寝るだけと割り切るならとても便利な宿だと思います。韓国宿泊地によくあるシャワーの勢いが弱いとかもなく、痛いくらい水圧ありました!今回、天気が結構な雨だったので地下鉄への出口の近さが余計にありがたみを感じました。4人部屋でしたが朝起きたときには自分の他に1人しかいなかったのでそこまで窮屈さを感じることなくチェックアウトでした。チェックアウト後も昼過ぎくらいまでならスーツケースも預かってくれたので助かりました。騒音問題も全くなかったです。日本語は通じないので多少の韓国語は翻訳機でもあれば便利かも…？でもそんなに話すほどの必要性もないですけど…。注意事項とかお知らせは紙に書いたもので見せられるので。

部屋の位置にもよるかもしれませんが、ロビーにいる人や隣の話し声、結構聞こえました(--;)
従業員の方は日本語分からずで、最初なかなか通じあえずチェックインできずで大変でしたが、
でも親切で良かったです。

地下鉄の出口から近くて便利。まだ便利といえる範囲に入る場所です。ただしビルの3階で階段のみです。チェックアウトは鍵を返却ボックスに入れるだけなので楽でした。トイレはいわゆる韓国式でシャワーと一緒になっているやつです。シャンプー・リンス・ボディソープがあるのは手荷物を機内持込みにしてる者にはポイント高いです。コンセントはいくつかありますが変換プラグはついていないので持参した方がいいです。私はレンタルのWi-Fiルーターのアダプターで代用しました。ゲストハウスに慣れている人には快適な宿だと思います。

予約後ゲストハウスよりメールで、アクセスや夜間の出入り口についての説明もあり、とても親切だなと思いました。2階のフロアが現在工事中なので、朝から大きな音が響いてます。また、各部屋のドアが中央にあるキッチンを囲むようにあるので、話し声が聞こえるということがあります。部屋の鍵は、大きなキーホルダーがついていました。部屋の大きさはシングルに泊まりましたが、広くて使いやすかったです。フロントに、スタッフがいるのをチェックインの時以外見ませんでした。チェックアウトは、鍵をデスクの籠に入れるだけでOKでした。

トランジットでスーツケース無かったから駅8番口の階段と三階までの階段を上れましたが、重い荷物の方は苦痛、、スタッフは韓国語のみ。靴箱一杯の場合、部屋に持参できます。共有スペースの使い方などは説明はありませんでした。朝は、パンとご飯食べられるようで、適当に頂きました。部屋は、なんとなく拭いた方がよい。髪の毛落ちていた。トイレとシャワー一緒なので、トイレットペーパー外してから、シャワー使用が良い。固形石鹸は古い使用済みのが置いてます。ボディシャンプーなど持参が良いと思います。小さなタオルはあります。オンドルが温度調節不可なので、少し暑く感じる。また泊まった部屋の隣から早朝、話し声がしっかり聞こえてきたので、目が覚めました。値段がもっと安ければ納得しましたが、それほど激安ではなかったので、評価低くさせて頂きました。

第三次入住了，默默地發現老闆換人了，這次住的房間隔音比較差(?)不曉得是為什麼~
但這都不影響我對這裡的喜愛~
尤其是櫃檯的員工很親切，幫忙叫炸雞、提行李...等

立地最高です
ソウルには何度も訪れていますが、初めての一人旅でした。夜中までウロウロする予定でしたので、広い通りに面しているこちらのゲストハウスにきめました。
3階のフロントまで階段しかないですが、苦になる程でもありませんでした。夜は2階と3階の間に暗証番号を入れないと入れない鉄の扉がありましたが、夜中3時ごろに戻っても開きっぱなしの状態でした。
夜、寒かったのでヒーターを入れましたがリモコンが韓国語なので、適当に28度にささましたが、寒くてなかなか寝つけませんでした。翌朝、聞いたら冷房のみだと言われました。オンドルは効いていなかったとおもいます。
場所は物凄く良くて、少し回りますが裏手にemartもあります。
空港までのバスも道路を渡ってすぐなので便利でした。
シャワーは想像以上に狭く、トイレはビシャビシャになりますが、一人でしたら大丈夫ですが、友達が一緒だと少しきついと思います。
総合的にみて、買い物目的でしたら凄くいいゲストハウスだとおもいます。
フロントのお兄さんも、親切でした。

Nice hotel, close the subway and many big store
Im highly impress the staff who take care us on the last day. Cos we all maybe miss the last shuttle bus and the flight but he help us to carry our luggages to 1st floor and to shuttle bus ( last trip of the day 08.08pm) and told the bus driver for us. It's short time but high value.
The Guesthouse is near subway, DDP and many big department store that we can shopping another market all day and can also shopping around the guesthouse after midnight.

東大門市場周辺のショッピングに最適な場所
駅の出口からすぐなのでベストな場所です。終電過ぎまでショッピングするとボッタグリタクシーを利用しなければならないので安心です。夜はオンドルが利き過ぎでいて暑いくらいでした。トイレ、シャワーは狭いけど我慢できる人ならお勧めです。朝食はパン又はシリアルとコーヒー又は牛乳、オレンジジュースだけですが私たちには充分でした。24時間営業ののソルロンタンを食べに行くのもありかもです。
