• Shaun accommodated our every request and made suggestions on places to see. Indeed, everyone we met was uniformly friendly and helpful.
• We switched from the booked Somerset room to the Canterbury suite after the first night as while the room has a very spacious closet with hangers, there was no place to unpack clothes for a four-night stay. • The rooms are well air conditioned perhaps too much so as my wife was chilled at times.
