I was very disappointed with this stay—it was nowhere near what I would expect from a Marriott. While the hotel wasn’t dirty, it was noticeably run down. The towels were scratchy and uncomfortable, and the bed was not restful at all.
The breakfast experience was especially frustrating. When we went down at 8:00am, all of the food was gone, people were waiting in line, and the area was a mess with no clean tables available. I went to the front desk to ask if more food would be brought out and if someone could clean tables, but the staff member snapped at me, saying “somebody is working on it.” That type of response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Overall, this did not feel like the quality or service I expect from a Marriott.
