4th time staying at Divi golf. Love it here cause you had access to their sister properties. Not anymore be careful when booking they have two all inclusive options, signature and mega. Signature is use of golf and dutch facilities. Mega has access to all. FYI. Bit disappointed on arrival to learn this.

We (myself, my husband and two kids) stayed at the Divi golf and beach resort. The room was very spacious and very clean. The resort was easy to get around as everything was walking distance (beach and dining). But shuttle services are available if you don’t feel like walking at all times. Ramon with the shuttle service was extremely nice and helpful. The staff all around the resort were wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful. Dining was efficient as there was always an available table every time we walked in. Reservation for Tapas and Windows restaurants was convenient as there was always an available time and day that we wanted to reserve. The pool at the resort was an excellent option especially for the kids. My kiddos loved the water pool slide and would pretty much stay there all day. I liked the fact there was a staff member standing beside the water slide to make sure the kids were being safe (not more than one kid going down the slide at the same time). The beach was very clean and not too busy. It was a bit windy during our stay which created some waves, but it didn’t affect our time at the beach. Special shout out to Erwin for being extremely helpful and kind to all guests arriving and leaving the resort. Luz at Mulligan’s was beyond kind and friendly. She catered to us as if she was part of our family. I would highly recommend this resort as it met and exceeded our expectations.

Divi Village was clean, safe, and in a fantastic location. The staff was incredibly friendly, but their follow-up on issues that required time to resolve could be better. For instance, I wanted to jet ski and visited the concierge two days in a row to make a reservation. Each time, they assured me they would contact the water sports operator and keep me updated, but I never heard back. In the end, I had to make my own arrangements by going into town. The food on-site varied greatly; the restaurants that required reservations served delicious meals, while the buffet and other casual spots weren’t as good. Overall, I had a great experience, but I wouldn’t choose the all-inclusive package next time. The beach, however, was absolutely fabulous—beyond fantastic!

Hotel is extremely old. Pool bar closes at 6:30pm and pool closes at 9pm. Restaurants are horrible and the food is not good. All inclusive package: they treat you as if you are the problem. It is guilty until proven innocent. The bracelet they give you for all inclusive; they do not allow you to take it off and tie it on. It keeps getting tighter and hurts after time. Mine quit working and I had to go back to the front desk and they almost refused to cut it off and give me a new one. They told me they will only give me one more and after that I don’t get one. They made me sign for a new one and acted like I was lying. Hotel is very old and run down, tiles falling off on the stairs and showers missing components. Very stingy on towels, even room towels. Overall we cut our trip short because the “resort” experience was that bad.

We booked an All Inclusive Package but found out upon arrival there are actually TWO all inclusive options and if you wanted the expanded one, you would have to pay an extra $130.00 per day per person. We both ended up getting FOOD POISONING at Mulligans for breakfast on day 2! My travel partner recovered after one day but it took me two days to get back on my feet. We figured it was the Açaí Yogurt Bowl as it was my main dish & she only had a taste of the fruit from it.

I took a solo trip to Aruba and stayed at Divi Village Golf & Resort for 4 days with the all inclusive package. I was very skeptical about staying here because of some of the reviews on their other Divi locations. Based on this experience I truly look forward to returning and lodging here once again. I really wanted to relax on this trip and staying here allowed me such a luxury. My room was HUGE, clean and spacious with a breathtaking view of the golf course and waters. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day and always left fresh towels and sheets for me. The eateries are all within walking distance, and I truly enjoyed Bar Tapas. Mulligans and Windows were equally as delicious. I didn’t enjoy Seabreeze as much and quite frankly it reminded me of flavorless school lunch. The beach and pool were just a 2-5 min walk from my suite. The best part was it wasn't packed at all and the food and drinks at both the beach and pool bars were very delicious. My one and only negative thing and ultimately why I didn’t give an overall 5 stars was that I didn’t like being told you’ll recieve a free gift from the concierge, when in all actuality you were being bribed into a 90 min sales meeting that wasn’t 90 mins at all , and was never informed that it was a sales meeting. BIG WASTE. Overall the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Especially the Bellhop and Donna the waitress. The guests were no bother at all and extremely nice too.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, loved the shuttles that pick you up and take you where you want to go whenever you call. The food was very good. We had the all inclusive plan however it was very awkward needing to sign a bill/receipt every time we got a drink or dined out. Unlike other resorts, we couldn't order a bottle of wine, taking food back to the room was an issue however some staffed provided a box if we couldn't finish our food. Staff were over all courteous, especially Erwin at the front lobby. There was an extremely rude girl working at the divi gym next to the Beach Bar, I don't know her name however she was chubby and had longer black hair. No good morning greeting at all and then she scolded me as if I was a child because I had a crochet top on over my swimsuit and told me I could not use the gym. I was polite and went to the gift shop to buy a t-shirt so I could work out. I work in a public health setting and would probably be fired if I spoke like that to customers. Room was nice, needs a little updating and housekeeping needs to clean the tile floors and countertops more thoroughly. We did however and enjoy our stay and plan to return to the Divi hotels.
