If you have a room on the 3rd floor and stairs are not your friend this would be painful also never heard of a all inclusive that has non all inclusive it was very confusing and the shuttle service can be better

Overall very good stay. Kind of pricey but a true all inclusive. Quality food, good drinks, as much as you want with very good service. Nice beach and pools. My only issue was that sometimes it was a long wait for a shuttle to take you to the restaurants or the beach. Had to wait 1.5 hours once. Usually it's just 10 minutes. Overall I highly recommend.

Property was quiet and very close to the beach. Staff were mostly very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of food options if you do the all inclusive, was worth it. Carts needed to get to rooms and other areas, usually came pretty fast but most places are walkable on the resort. Some updates to plumbing and room touch ups would enhance the experience. Make sure you log out of your Netflix before you leave!

Our room always had terrible moisture smell that doesn’t go away. Right beside our room there was a construction and on the top of the moisture, now we had paint smell that my wife couldn’t breathe. All our clothes and bed sheet smell like damp. Didn’t like it at all and we are expecting a compensation.

We usually stay at the Tamarijn across the street so it's tough to compare being right on the beach to being across the street from the beach. The staff at the front desk at check-in and check-out are great. The bell staff - amazing - immediate and friendly service! The restaurants are a little slow on service and limited on gluten-free options, but more relaxing than the buffets at the Divi or Tamarijn. The rooms are huge and accommodate larger families. Fun pools and a pool bar. Easy walk or shuttle ride over to the beach, Tamarijn, or Divi. We did the all-inclusive add-on which was convenient for our family. Would definitely recommend to others. Aruba is beautiful and the people there are very friendly....we've become frequent visitors.

My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon here and we have nothing but great things to say about it. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and super friendly. The food and drinks were great and there were a ton of options to choose from. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and beaches. We highly recommend this resort and hope to return someday!

Food was great! Staff were wonderful. Only thing is they were suppose to be making a dinner reservation for Friday evening but made it for Saturday evening when our checkout was Saturday morning. Restaurant was able to seat us but it was a little annoying.

It’s a beautiful resort! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. The infinity pool and the pool bar was my favorite part. The onsite restaurants are also pretty good

Contrary to a number of reviews that I’d read, we found the accommodation and facilities to be very good. Whilst a bit tired in places (a lick of paint here and there), everything was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and grounds very well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful location and would happily return.

The people were nice and friendly. We didn’t like that they told us if we needed transportation to call for it and it would pick us up. It rarely did. We didn’t like the bed was horrible no good sleeping for us. The tv channels were no good at all. They also tried to charge me and my fiancé $450 for the bracelets that you have to return at the end. someone at the front desk cut them off of us but, they said we didn’t return them. The hot tub was way to hot for people to get in and enjoy it the way you should.
