Where to start ?!!!, the first day the staff offered us a honeymoon room 322 , it happened to be the worst room , 1-to start with broken bed , matras distorted so discomfort and cracked noisy bed couldn’t sleep.

2- toilet horrible smell coming from the shower,with a towel left I guess from previous customer .
Next day asked either to change the bed or the room. The manager offered me to spend another night there with an upgrade next, I refused to spend another night on that horrible room. They accepted to change the room.
Not to mention a broken tv, a broken bathroom door, tv remote control not working.
After so many calls to the reception with a promise to have a new We have to wait until 2pm to get a new room 312 looks new the bed was comfortable and cleaner . A lost day for nothing .
3-two days in raw we ha have to ask several times for a beach towels. At the sauna they send us to the reception and vice versa.
Every time we have to call several times to get a service or or something to be charged.
I have been traveling all my life time and around the world never seen such a poor service.
One thing to mention. By mistake I took the stairs to the kitchen, what a horrible dirty place. You should send someone to check.
I hope something will be done.
