Great place to stay! Facilities were pleasant, close to town and the train station (walking distance), air con was a must! Only criticism is if you provide a microwave, perhaps some crockery and cutlery would be beneficial! Otherwise delightful stay😊

Spacious room with well stocked kitchenette
Allowed to check in early as room ready - thank you. Spacious room with well stocked kitchenette attached and dining table and chairs. Lovely bathroom and fluffy towels. Great pool and bbq area. Balcony at front of unit #11 (also#12) - not used during stay as hot days. Comfortable stay with efficient aircon, however unit fronts onto Bourbong Street at the traffic lights, so noisy at times.

First up, the room did not match the photos of the room on the website at all (in the pictures, the room looked modern and fresh!). In reality, our room was like a 1970s room but in poor repair. The tiled floor by the shower and kitchenette had peeling paint on the loud mosaic design and looked discoloured and patchy. The shower recess opened directly onto the room and had a shower curtain! The motel is on a busy intersection, and traffic noise was awful.

The staff were nice and friendly, the property is just let down by location as the traffic out the front wait at lights, and then rev engines and speed past all night. Very disruptive for sleep, I even left a night early as to avoid this problem. Rooms are okay, plenty of space and amenities are sufficient. Good wifi so I could work in my room and able to use microwave, kettle, iron and fridge.

Staff lovely, rooms clean and comfy, great beds! It is right on the corner of a main road, so I wouldn't say quiet, and quite a few sirens from emergency vehicles,, but even with this it was a pleasant place to stay. Easy walk to food, shops etc 🙂

I didnt like how you couldnt have visitors in the room i couldnt even have my granddaughter over for the night even tho i paid for 2 adults and it was only me and if you did you had to sit out in the smoking area where there was no shade . If your visitors rode a bike or scooter they had to leave it off the property . Now i know you cant have heaps of people over at once because of the room size so i had bo more then 3 guess over at once and that was my family . Plus the cleaners went into my room and removed my 4 cans but left my 2 bottles which they had no right to do they didnt touch anything else didnt make the bed or clean. And i wouldnt buÿ their breakfast ever again as the bacon was off and they didnt even give me back my $16 or ask if i would like something else

Lugging suitcases upstairs was difficult for us elderly travellers. The fittings and furnishings were dated but the room was large with plenty of room for our belongings and to move about.

Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Even let me check in early. Rooms very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. I stayed in a superior queen think it was called not the standard. Very easy 10 min walk from train station, 15-20 min walk to shops, cafes etc. Lovely outside area to sit by pool. It is on a junction of two busy roads near hospital so from early morning to evening very loud traffic noise. However didn’t seem to be an issue at night so no problem sleeping.
