HORRIBLE! Room was disgusting with mold. Light bulbs burnt out, linens need to be thrown away, shorter towels & worst of all TERRIBLE customer service! I was out if the room for long 16-18 days…so I called to have someone drop off some clean towels. The guy I spoke to said twice…”I’ll see what I can do”!!!! I told him what he could do was simply take towels (A FULL SET UNLIKE WHAT THE ROOM STARTED WITH!) to my room. NOTHING! Not a call back, no towels, etc. This is a totally unprofessional way to do business!!! So if asked what you could do, refunding at least HALF of the charges would be the bare minimum start. But whomever reads this (IF ALL ALL!) won’t care to make things right anyhow! As of now, you lost a customer that will tell everyone they know NOT to stat at you hotel…the Tulsa specific & any other!!!
