RUN AWAY. HORRIBLE hotel. STOLE my money!!
This hotel was a nightmare. First they don’t tell you about the refundable deposit until you get there. They charge your card with so many random charges, it’s hard to tell if they’re charging what was quoted. Then the person who is writing your parking pass (is trying to sell you on a “timeshare” presentation but doesn’t work for them supposedly) will lie to you and steal your money. The “not time share presentation” isn’t 15-20 min like the guy told us, it’s 90-120 minutes. When I brought the receipt back to get my money back like that lady told me to some woman at the front desk supposedly text his boss and said she’d contact me. Of course she didn’t. She wouldn’t give me any contact information to anyone and of course he wouldn’t be back until after our stay was over with. The room was a nightmare. Filthy, the door had been kicked in by police at some point. You had to slam it just to get the lock to work. There were bugs on the walls, alive and dead smeared bugs. The smoke detector wasn’t even hooked up. Wires just exposed and it was sitting on the clothes rack. We were supposed to have a king bed, it was not only super small but it was absolutely uncomfortable and the springs were sticking out. The shower has more water spraying out of the faucet than it did out of the shower head. The room next door didn’t even have a handle on the door so the door slammed and banged all night/day. This hotel is NOTHING like the pictures. It’s a nightmare and they are scammers.
