This property is great if you just want to lay around the pool or beach. There isn't really a beach and the steps to walk into the ocean need to be repaired as they are dangerous. Dive shop on property. Great snorkeling. Awesome food. Great bed and room. Daily cleaning of room. No real daily activities and a couple of shows. The elevators were broken most of the week so good thing we were on the 3rd floor and not the 12th. I paid for Ocean View Elite all inclusive and had a view of the roof of the restaurant. All inclusive should include EVERYTHING like Wi-Fi and Lobster like other resorts. The staff spoke little English and the restaurant staff seemed to be training and confused most days. Service was slow because of this training. I'm conflicted about staying here again. I loved the food and the restaurant was rarely closed, but I felt like I didn't get my money's worth.
