This hotel has a handful of small things wrong with it that really make an impact on level of comfort. We stayed in a king room with lake view. In addition to the bed, there were 2 small bedside tables, 2 chairs, and an entertainment armoire. You would think there would be a table or desk for an additional surface, especially for room service meals, but there was none. We ended up with our plates in our laps to eat. The bathroom door is sagging, so you have to lift it up by the doorknob to close it, and then it makes a horrible scrape sound when you open. In addition, there is no fan in the bathroom, so steam and (ahem) other bothersome vapors linger. The ceiling in the closet is falling, and the deadbolt on our door didn't work. Fortunately, the door did have another security latch. The thermostat on the wall fell off the wall into my husband's hand when he was adjusting it, wall anchors and all. And there is no way to turn it off - it's either heat or a/c. Finally, the blackout curtains were too small for the window opening to be effective.
