Was a beautiful hotel. Would of loved a call or email regarding no cribs/playpens available so we could of made other arrangements. Otherwise a great stay.

Honestly was not expecting much, but I have to admit this hotel was one of the better experiences I’ve had in my life. Very clean, bed was actually soft, and bathroom was immaculate. I’m giving it a slightly negative score because I don’t like how all these hotels aren’t letting people use their own devices with the TV? What’s up with that? I can’t bring my own laptop and plug it into the HDMI and just use it? Like why block access to that? I had to watch Netflix and YouTube on my small laptop screen because they don’t let you connect anything to the TV.

The hotel halls smelt like sewage and there was nothing for my children to eat for breakfast. The service was horrible and I would never recommend this place to anyone

Strong sewer smell in lobby and fourth floor hallway, when we asked we were told it was because the hotel is built in a bog yet it smelled fine outside. TV would not work and we spent an hour back and forth with the front desk on our cell phone because surprise suprise the phone didn’t work either. The TV had hand prints all over it and the TV remote was filthy. Not acceptable in covid times! While we waited for someone to enter our room and try to fix the TV we had to stand in the hallway and breathe sewer air. They refunded our money and we left. The bed seemed really comfortable and the decor was top notch. Unfortunately we didn’t get to really try it out. They need to improve their cleaning game if they want customer confidence in these covid times we live in...

As soon as I checked in, I realized that other than the room light, no other light worked in the room. All the electric output did not work, therefore, there was no tv, no charging plug, and no heat. We could not charge our phones and tablets. My kids could not watch tv or their tablets because of the power plugs did not work. I called the front desk three times and informed them of the room situation, but no action was taken. I requested for a room change, but there was not a single room available in the whole hotel to exchange my room (considering the COVID-19). The front desk receptionists was very prejudice and had very poor customer services. Overall this has been the worse hotel experience for me. Period.
