Great Stay
First time visiting Nashville & decided to stay at this hotel. It was great. Front desk was very friendly & welcoming. Main doors were locked early for security & that made me feel extra safe, really appreciated that. Room was cleaned daily. We have zero complaints and would recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again sometime.

Do not recommend
When we arrived, our room was not ready. We checked our bags and took the shuttle downtown and had lunch. The closet was so small that the ironing board took up most of it so we could only hang up about 4 hangers worth of clothing. There was no luggage stand so I lived out of a suitcase that was on the floor for 5 days. The first day housekeeping made up the room but by day 3, when they did not come, the garbage was overflowing so I brought the garbage to the front desk and requested service. There was only oatmilk or sweetened/flavored coffeemate at the breakfast bar so if you did want cereal, there was no regular milk for that or for coffee. The shuttle was reliable and picked us up and dropped us off within a 4 mile radius of the hotel. That saved us a lot on Uber fees. Other than that, the place was not as comfortable as I expected. I would not recommend it.

It was a very nice room that we had. It was very odd that my room had a bunch of men knocking at the door, which made me feel very uncomfortable. So I put the do not disturb sign and didn’t allow housekeeping to clean my room for safety purposes. I’m not sure if they confused my room for another room number or if they thought my room is for housekeeping. The shuttle service was nice and the room was clean when I got there there were no other problems to report.

This Fairfield site would have gotten a 5 star rating if the housekeeping staff was on top of their assignments! We had to ask for our room to be cleaned after the first day, they said we had our resting sign on the door..And tip was left on the bed…. We Did Not leave the sign Upon our return, the front desk supplied us with tiolet tissue, 2nd day room cleaned very nicely! Left tip! Days 3,4, no housekeeping again… we got our towels from the cart and left on day 5 , of course no tip was left at that point So why a 4 star rating … your front desk staff was Amazing. Such a warm welcome everyday, said they would address housekeeping issues. First time to Tennessee and they were so helpful in navigating the area and answering questions and always asked how our day was. They engaged in conversation with all the guests! Their fruit flavored water, cold and always available was a nice touch But 10 stars goes to their shuttle bus drivers Kim day shift and Zion afternoon, evening shift They were excellent and on time in their pickups We saved so much money using the shuttle everyday and they were rewarded everyday They deserve a raise and Marriot needs to know what a fantastic service they provide! Just one more piece of advice… loved your free breakfast … area always clean but you need to staff another person…. Food would run out and it would take a while to refill, some items very cold to lukewarm, you want a hot breakfast Choices were excellent

Our bathroom sink was clogged from the previous guests black junk floating. Our bed was way too hard I had to take Ibuprofen just to sleep. We did tell the front desk about our sink be clogged and nothing was done.

Clean Affordable alternative in Nashville
We were looking for an affordable option for staying in Nashville. This hotel was it. Clean, comfortable, and within minutes of everything. Hotel provided a convenient complimentary shuttle for getting to Broadway and back. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect! Our first stay in Nashville was easy and enjoyable thanks to where we stayed! The staff was helpful and friendly.
