Fint og koselig hotell. Eneste vi stusset litt på var at housekeeping kom i det vi var tilbake på hotellrommet. Vi hadde vært borte hele formiddagen og regnet med at rommet var rengjort til vi kom tilbake men det var 3 av 4 dager de kom å spurte om vi trengte roomservice når vi var kommet tilbake. Da var klokken rundt 15-16. Ellers hadde vi et fint opphold, med god og varierende frokost.

The good: Warm and friendly staff - probably the nicest in all of Scotland, large sized privilege room, well laid out bathroom, with all amenities. The bad: The location is inconvenient (its not really Haymarket), the room smells of strong oudh, and the AC-heating don't work - we had to tip open a window and it was rather noisy outside.

A comfortable quiet stay

There were shops and restaurants including a Tesco express on the same block. We were a little further than the distance on Hotwes.com stated from the atteactions.public transit was conveniently located

The hotel was excellent. Comfortable. Clean. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I had medication that needed refrigeration so they kept it for me and retrieved it for me every day so I could take my injection then returned it to the fridge. The last night they placed my gel pack in the freezer so I would be able to travel with my medication. They were all so nice about the inconvenience. I was so appreciative. It is hard to travel with medications that require such restrictions but they made it so easy for me
