This is a budget hotel, yes. Grease stained carpet, chips out of the wall, ripped lamp shades, smelly room, men outside my room smoking for hours, then up at 4am blasting music, dog whining. YUCK! Big sign outside motel saying rooms have been renovated. Mine was not!!
