Large room, large beds. However, It was too dirty. There were hairs inside the towel (Which we are 100% sure is not ours cuz it is red hair). One of us got skin allergy after using a towel.

It was in walking distance to everything. It was clean. Had a hot breakfast consisting of bacon, sausage, eggs, french toast, seasoned potato, juices, milk. Hot tub and pool was available.

Lovely comfortable stay
The lady working the front desk most of the time was so sweet and helpful. Our room was HUGE which was very nice considering we were on a road trip and had a lot of bags and food/drinks. We had to stay an additional night under another reservation and they accommodated a switch to a room directly across from us which made it very hassle free and we appreciated this so much. I would have preferred the hotel to have timeslots for the hot tub specifically just because it was very small and didn't feel safe with Covid if 1 or 2 other households were using it. We were only able to use it once during our stay at the end of one of the weeknights. All other times it was busy. The grab and go breakfast was hot which was a pleasant surprise. They had gloves available for you to make your own plate. I LOVED the 24 hour hot chocolate and apple cider station. That was a nice touch. The location of this hotel is excellent! We walked to everything- the grizzly discovery center, IMAX movie, the little shopping mall, restaurants to pick up to-go orders, and even to pickup our snowshoe rental & into Yellowstone. Would definitely stay here again or recommend others to.

Location, Location, Location!
Hotel was great! easy check-in/out. The front desk was great. Room was clean. Great location. Restaurants, gas station, souvenir stores, bars, market are all walking distance from hotel. Super close to YLWSTN entrance. Great continental breakfast. We did have to ask for another set of pillows but it was no hassle at all. would definitely stay here again!

Location was what I loved about the property. Plenty of shops and restaurants were nearby. The breakfast could of been better but that’s what you get when COVID procedures are going on. Also the internet could of been faster too.
