We stayed two nights for ASU graduation, and loved the walking distance to Mill Avenue restaurants & shops. The staff was helpful friendly and courteous at checkin, checkout and when we needed anything from extra coffee to garbage can liners. The Inn was renovated about 5 years ago with nice bright paint, waterfall showers, etc. The room was clean, stocked with amenities, hair dryer, ironing board, and plenty of pillows. We booked the room with a queen bed and a little alcove with a sofa bed which was nice. A hotel is under construction across the street so the first night we did hear a very loud continuous warning recording when someone’s were trespassing on the property but it was less pronounced the second night, and easily drowned out with a set of orange earplugs. And a new light rail was being tested and about to go live so this area is improving. The only minor thing is the CVS down on the corner is a little sketchy but it has lots of conveniences so that outweighs any minuses.
