Hotel is old, equipment and facilities are old and in poor shape, poor hot water supply, dirty and health questionable bed sheets. Smell of dirty socks coming from bed. Found what appeared to be a small snake in the shower.

We where pretty disappointed this time around. The hotel deteriorated alot since last year. We enjoyed it last year. But this time there was mold on the walls of the room, rusty shower head, the front desk staff was horribly rude. And the included breakfast was eggs, beans and tortillas the whole week! Dont think we will be back.

Best choice for the prices i don’t know why it’s only a 3star it felt more like 4 or 4.5 star. Better breakfast then any other 4-5star hotel I’ve stayed at. Room had everything you needed for the prices.. well recommended

We showed up after midnight & greeted by Miguel who got us change for the taxi, beyond that he was no help. The lobby looked worn down & dated. My wife asked we could pay 1 night. We weren't sure if we were staying an extra night. Miguel said "NO." It was an booked online, so we HAD to pay for both nights. We were tired & didn't feel like arguing. Miguel told security to escort us. We said it wasnt necessary & we could find our way. Not possible because the power was turned off to the hallways after midnight & NO way of turning it ON. What's going on? What if there was a fire or an emergency? No response, just a blank looks from Miguel & security. Safty out the door. The security lighted our way down the hallway with his flashlight. We reached stairwell to the second floor. I asked for the elevator. He said they don't have one because it's a 2 story hotel. I'm a disabled veteran & shouldn't be carring my suitcases. Any help offered... Nope just more blank looks. When we reached our door, the security guard stood by looking at me... O no, no tip for you my friend. We look in our room & it was dingy, drab, dirty and stale. We lay our luggage on the bed & look around. Floors were dusty. Lip prints on the mirror with writing. Dirty curtains. Smudges on the walls. Finger prints and water marks on the bathroom mirror. Dingy shower. Sheets smelled clean, or at least we hope they are. Reply back from Expedia, we are sorry and we'll tell our future customers about it. OMG.

The hotel is well maintained, clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and professional. The food is good and not too expensive. Overall is a very good hotel and it is inexpensive.

En el área de alberca se encontraba un grupo de aproximadamente 10 personas adultas entre hombres y mujeres ingiriendo bebidas embriagantes, escandalizando, con un lenguaje vulgar , música con alto volumen , no obstante que había familias y niños pequeños en la misma área. Sin que nadie del personal de seguridad les llamará la atención.
