Staying for 4 nights visiting family in Ballarat that we have been unable to do for 9 months. 1 bedroom apartment was very clean and very comfortable for a 4 day stay.

Check in great room stank and the bed had a massive drop off to one side, $60 at the chiropractor later and all reception could say was have a nice day!! ! Terrible

Underwhelmed
Rang before booking and was told rooms had lift access, waited over 5 mins for someone to appear and check us in and guess what room access was via stairs, room changed way smaller than my companion's with very shabby furniture rickety, grubby, threadbare chairs. Housekeeping had to be encouraged vie a visit to reception to service one of our rooms
