We I made the phone call to pay for the u it was told it was fine and we can check in at 2pm got there early but was told that they will call us when the unit is ready. Come back at 2pm for them to tell me that they will call when it’s ready. Why charge so much if you can’t get units ready on time that’s what you expect paying that kind of moneyAfter driving 3 hours to get there

Nice place, clean park but very small cabin that is meant to comfortably fit 4 people. Also would’ve been sufficient if it was two separate single beds rather than bunk beds. Needed a bigger fridge and would’ve been nice to have an oven. Also would’ve been nice if the pool was open all night with lighting so you could have the option of going for a nightly swim. Ballina have no frequent Ubers or taxis, no frequent busses and busses don’t stop everywhere so that was the major downfall of the holiday we weren’t able to go super far as there wasn’t sufficient public transport. Would be nice if the facility offered a shuttle bus free of service or for a small fee to take us from the park around ballina as needed.
