我的房間浴室廁所漏水，用多條浴巾也全濕透，管理員似乎沒有做什麼跟進，有兩天連濕毛巾也沒有換兩張座椅扶手鬆脫。這酒店的房租與所提供的物料不相稱我發覺房間沒有清理好，起碼地下留下些少餅碎沒有清理，相信沒有吸塵，連掃地都沒有

It is a very good heritage hotel to stay in to feel the traditional living style. The hotel offer a very good breakfast and every staff in the hotel are very friendly to share their experience and eager to lead you the best place to walk around and taste the street food in Penang.

Room is very special and plenty of Nyoya style. However the toilet isn't that user-friendly. The sink is too high for someone who is short. The shower area will somehow have water spilled to the living room.

Excellent Hotel with Old Southeast Asia Decoration

Excellent experience to stay in Seven Terraces. Nice staffs, stylish room, good breakfast, etc. Note that the hotel entrance is at an alley, but I think it is safe.

交通方便的地方

位置還不錯要到哪都不遠飯店的娘惹菜非常有名房間蠻舒適的但是浴室有點不方便蓮蓬頭線太短在房間的時間會有除了housekeeping的人來檢查

他是套房我訂了2間 3大2小一去到酒店他就很偉大的跟我說不收我 extra 的錢我不懂他什麼意思…… 原來套房不能住2大1小喔 ……然後說我訂的房不包早餐我覺得應該是agent 訂錯了吧重點是我叫酒店幫忙跟agent 搞清楚他們說我多的一個人早餐是60馬幣說我們去外面吃也不用60 但剛好新年我也懶得理算了以這價錢來說體驗不算特別好

REMARKABLE , VERY GOOD SERVICE

All are good excluded the bathroom , they should re fix the shower faucet ,as which to be set in terrace 's window railing, as well as toilet odor occluded, no good to take bath and not comfortable.

七梯田酒店位置绝佳，可以体会在乔治城大街小巷漫步和发现的乐趣，到壁画街、侨生大宅、邱公祠、观音庙都可步行前往，周边的当地美食也不容错过。酒店本身是有历史感的建筑，客房舒适而极有特色，早餐品种虽不算多但非常美味，热情的服务更令人难忘。必须一提的是酒店的前台，一位四十多岁的华裔女士，从入住接待帮我们安排加床，到周围景点和美食介绍，以及贴心的延迟退房及叫车，处处让人感到宾至如归的温暖。七梯田酒店是我们槟城之行的意外之喜，下次再来的不二之选。

7 Terraces In Georgetown Penang

Excellent and spacious hotel rooms, comfortable king bed and great pillows. Very traditional decor which we enjoyed. Breakfast was very good, afternoon tea by the pool was nice, the bar area great and the restaurant at the hotel was amazing definitely worth eating there

We absolutely loved Seven Terraces. It’s close to everything and has such a great vibe. The staff were so kind and friendly and the rooms are magnificent. We will be recommending it to everyone and can’t wait to come back and stay here again!!!!
