Front desk receptionists were very helpful. Hotel is walking distance to Hard Rock and Half Oyster shell restaurant. I was given drinking tokens which was unexpected. Excellent choice for a hotel at a reasonable price!!

Our room had an internal view of the air conditioners, but we didn't spend much time in the hotel. The room was clean and well kept. Beds and pillows are firm, but comfortable. Bring earplugs, though, (which we always do) because the walls/doors aren't as insulated as US hotels. They have a designated no-parking area in front of the hotel so that Uber rides were easy to get into and out of. There were lots of restaurants/activities around the hotel and were easily within walking distance. Enjoyed the breakfast, Hot scrambled eggs and ham, warm mini-french toast and waffles. Cold cuts and cheese, fruit salad, pastries, quiche, and a wide selection of juices. They also had hot milk at the coffee station and a bowl of chocolate powder to add to the milk or coffee. The neighborhoods around the hotel looks rundown by US standards, with litter and graffiti, but that's not really specific to this hotel, it's pretty widespread in the downtown area. Reminded me of the more industrial areas of European cities and very much like San Francisco. Enjoyed our time there and would return, especially for the price.

Não vá para esse hotel

Sujo, quarto sujo, sujeira antiga ancestral, andei de meia e ficou cheia de cabelos loiros (todos morenos no quarto), pó acumulado com bolas de sujeira, pelos e etc pelos cantos do quarto, o banheiro fede, fede horrivelmente, ao abrir a água da pia esteja preparado para um soco de esgoto em sua cara, prateleiras dos armários imundas, o ar condicionado esteva absolutamente coberto de sujeira com pó tão antigo que estava grudado, o teto estava sujo com bolas de pó e teias de muito e muitos meses. Pedimos para limpar, durante 6 dias, a sujeira permaneceu lá intacta. Serviço péssimo e desleixado. (vejam as fotos) Toalhas com furos, rasgadas e gastas transparentes velhas . Móveis velhos danificados e sem manutenção , a porta do armário caiu (colocaram de volta, com cara de que isso não era nada, e caiu novamente). Aparência do quarto muito ruim, escuro, com cheiro de mofo. Não vale o que cobra, o atendimento na recepção com cara de cansado e acostumado a ouvir reclamações iguais a nossa e não fazer nada. O café da manhã não vale o que cobra, é mediano.

Lamentable

Voy a pedir la devolución del dinero, llegué a la 6.30am y sólo iba a estar 4 horas, sin problema pagué la noche entera. Me ponen en una habitación pegada a 3 ascensores, una de emplead@s y otros 2 de clientes. Todo el rato ruido de puertas, de utensilios de obra, voces, y en la habitación la calefacción tarda mucho y encima haciendo ruido todo el rato, la ducha de hace mil años y tupida, no he dormido ni descansado nada, me he ido a las 10.30am porque no aguantaba. Adjunto fotos para que se vea bien mi habitación junto a los ascensores Realmente penosa mi estancia, espero que me devuelvan el dinero

El hotel está bien ubicado y en general cumple, pero requiere mejoras en la habitación y principalmente en el baño. El desayuno es básico y el servicio en el restaurante para el desayuno no es el mejor.

O quarto tem uma cama maravilhosa, o ar condicionado aquece bem, a banheira muito boa também. Como pontos negativos seria o estacionamento pago (17 dólares por dia), a limpeza do quarto que deixou a desejar (tiravam as toalhas e não faziam reposição, precisávamos pedir) e também a qualidade das toalhas (bem velhas e puídas). Gostamos da nossa estado mas esperávamos mais de um hotel 4 estrelas.
