Great place to stay !

We stayed in 1520-02 It had everything we needed and was very clean and quiet. A small drive to pedestrian village but that was only 5 min , they provided VIP parking pass for our stay to park at pedestrian village and free panoramic gondola trips for stay. We took our own food and it was so nice that everything we needed, stove, fridge dishwasher was there including tin foil plastic wrap, paper towel. Just take you own seasoning though Sad that the casino express gondola wasn't running though . Overeral a great place to stay just slightly tucked away rom the village.

David, the only phone call I got from you was when I emailed you and requested a phone call. I brought up to you that I was shown one set of pictures in the booking process and delivered something else. When you called me back, you just yelled at me that I didn’t return your earlier phone call which I have no record of. It’s seems to be quite odd and irrelevant that we didn’t connect on the phone after I placed an order on Expedia. I place orders on Expedia all the time, and I’m never required to get on the phone with the hotel. I’m certainly not ridiculed for not being on the phone for calls that I never received. Specifically, what did you need me on that phone call for or was that just a bullying tactic because I was dissatisfied? I did receive your emails, none of which, claimed you attempted to call me or that you needed to call me to solidify the reservation. None of the emails showed me the images of the property. If they did, I would’ve brought up quickly that they are different than when I was shown prior to ordering. What I did take issue with is that you requested full pan data, multiple pieces of PII and worst of all, my CVV number from my credit card in email. This is highly irregular and it’s far outside of Card Association compliance. As an industry veteran of 17 years in the payment card industry, I can tell you right now that you run the risk of losing your ability to except credit cards and Expedia runs the risk of being find at minimum. Perfect family spot

We stayed with our family of 4 and another couple. Our 2 bedroom suite was super spacious, we each had our own bathroom. Big common area, great kitchen! Would definitely go back.
