Great family hotel

Great family room sleeps 6 comfortably. Has everything you need fridge , freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc all dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc provided .. added bonus of sauna in the room which was fab

Comfortable and enjoyable stay

It was a nice stay. The hotel had all amenities - restaurants, indoor swimming, indoor funpark for kids; helps with the -15degC temperature outside! Comfortable rooms and friendly staffs, food was nice. Definitely would come again with the family.

Great stay at Santasport Spa.

Delighful 3 day stay with our daughter & 2 grand children aged 2 & 13. There were fun activities for both. The pool and its various spa pools for both and the kids fun activity room for the youngest. We all enjoyed great breakfadts each morning. Santasport was a short drive from the places we wanted to visit.

This is a huge resort property that offers a lot of activities on site. I wish we had another day to do their activities. This would be my choice if I had an active family with kids to go and experience fatbike, cross country skiing and snow shoeing.

The shower was dreadful - water goes everywhere. coming from a culture with continuous water restrictions, I was looking forward to a good shower - no closed cubicle. Also the hotel was very noisy and the young guests extremely rude - is that Finnish? Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good and the swimming too!

Good hotel, bad service at the restaurant

Service at the reception was very friendly and nice. Bed was very good. Room was clean and all basic things were available. A little noisy on the aisles, because it's a family destination. Service at the restaurant was on two totally different levels. The Finnish guy at the counter was arrogant and rude, but a foreign man who brought us our food, was very friendly and customer service oriented. The food was totally delicious!

When we booked this hotel, we thought it was only a hotel. But, it is actually so much more! It is an Olympic training center, so they have many activities from which to choose. Since this was a quick stay for just one night to catch a plane the next morning, we only had the afternoon to take advantage of the facilities. And that we did! We utilized the snack bar several times, used the lifting gym, and went bowling. There is something there for everyone: multiple swimming pools, a huge kids area, and more!l. If we ever have a reason to stop through Rovaniemi again, we will definitely stay there again!

Urheilun verukkeella yöpyminen. Helppo mennä ja tulla ihan Ounasvaaran urheilupaikkojen ytimessä. Siisti yleisilme. Toki vauhtia ja meininkiä hotellissa riitti, olihan siellä paljon nuorisoa urheiluhommissa. Meno rauhoittui kuitenkin illaksi. Asiallinen ja kattava aamupala. Hyvinkin menisin uudelleen.

Fint hotell med mye aktiviteter for barn og voksne om man er her en stund. For oss var det bare en overnatting. Og med 20+ grader ute så var det 30 grader på rommet ved innskjekking. I tilleg til at det all rede var varmt, så er hånddukstørkeren på badet på full guffe uten regulering, og det står et vanlig kjøleskap i rommet som også avgir varme. Også på toppen av dette så går det kun an å åpne et bittelite vindu på rommet

Rent og rimelig med gode fasiliteter

Rent og rimelig hotel. Rom med kjøkkenfasiliteter. Veldig bra svømmebasseng og jacuzzier. Stort trimrom og lekeland for barn. Minigolf og hinderløype i skogen ved siden av. Drt var veldig varmt når vi bodde der og bare ett lite vindu kunne åpnes for lufting. Grei buffet frokost.
