We (my wife and I) checked in early morning and we were super tired. Instead of being supportive, the staff made no exception in ID check. Apart from that, the guy at the reception couldn’t find the booking which was later resolved by another guy. Every time food was ordered, card machine was sent along with. I don’t know if that’s the hotel policy but it seems like the hotel have no trust in their guests. I have stayed in other hotels as well but never faced such things.

The hotel music is very loud. I prefer hotels with soothing music. Check-in was smooth however there wasn’t anyone to take our luggage. Rooms are small and limited amenities. Encountered some issues with amenities but they were resolved when addressed with housekeeping. Difficult to reach the front desk by phone, you have better luck talking to the staff in person. I did leave my first thoughts and impressions through hotels.com and they were not positive comments. I appreciate management contacting me within 24 hours to address my concerns and the rest of our 4-day stay was bearable. The buffet food is ok. I appreciate non-spicy options available. The chef at Farmer Basket on the Pullman Hotel side was also very accommodating when I asked for a non-spicy entree. The first night was awful with service being slow. I acknowledge that the hotel had weddings and other functions taking place but they must also service their hotel guests staying there. The rest of our stay did provide better service and attention. The hotel is near the airport and that is a plus. Mohan at the coffee cafe in the Pullman Hotel was very attentive and nice. The service staff at the Food Exchange was also attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet could use some variety. The international food is the same every day with the only variation being how the potatoes are prepared. Wish that cheeses were available for breakfast. Also orange juice is only available if you ask. Gym is small but well equipped

Had to change room twice to get acceptable room. Room service was below average wrt to expectations from such a brand name! Breakfast buffet was also okay but not great, I would say Ibis is better choice for me as per experience in both. Response from front desk was completely irresponsible, and most of the time no response.

It was not a good experience as when I arrived they could not find my booking and made me wait. Then they asked me to pay for a new booking and i did not get the room which I had booked instead I got twin bed. When I complained in the night they did not change my room. Whereas again in the morning I spoke to them and they agreed to change the room but I refused as I had already used the room and kept my things in the room I did not feel like changing it.
