The property is poorly maintained, loose tiles, outdated. The towels are very old, and have holes! The restaurant is awful. We had to wait 3 hours for a lame hamburguer. The worst experience.

La propiedad cuenta con una excelente ubicación si vas a estar en Veracruz ya que te puedes mover fácilmente a cualquier parte, hay un súper muy cerca puedes ir caminando, restaurantes también muy cerca a los cuales llegas caminando. El hotel es básico tiene de todo pero es básico. El servicio de comida y bebidas de la alberca es incómodo, si está en el agua y quieres una bebida tienes que salir a pagarla y te la dan en un triste vaso de plástico, si quieres comida es lo mismo tienes que pagar primero y te la entregan en unicel, no te ofrecen loza. Para salir a la playa del hotel está súper inseguro, hay muchísimas piedras y muy grandes, entonces si llevas niños pequeños está súper complicado atravesarlas, también hay partes muy cercanas que parecen desagües de drenajes o salidas de agua muy contaminados puesto que el agua sale con espuma. Si quieres atravesar por la parte del mar igual súper peligroso porque te puedes cortar con las piedras o corales, el agua está bajita pero justo afuera del hotel está lleno de piedras, no cuenta con playa. Adentro las instalaciones están sencillas, la comida a la carta está bien y el internet y limpieza en las habitaciones es buena.

Las habitaciones estaban muy bien, hicieron limpieza todos los días. Estábamos del lado de la ciudad y a mi compañera de cama le tocó escuchar la vida nocturna aunque estuviéramos en el piso 3. Unos parientes se quedaron en el piso 1 y les tocó más fuerte el sonido de la vida nocturna. Eso sobretodo a partir del jueves. Yo no escuché nada pero no soy tan sensible. La primera noche no había hielo en la máquina de hielos pero los siguientes 4 días sí. El personal muy amable pero son pocos y hay que insistir a veces. No hay servicio de taxis asi que bajen la app de Indrive no entra uber en Veracruz. La alberca hermosa por su vista a la isla de Sacrificios pero no hay sombrillas suficientes así que mucha gente se espera al atardecer para disfrutar la alberca. La playa inmediata tiene muchas piedras. Es hermoso donde está pero para disfrutar bien si hay que caminar a la derecha o a la izquierda. Te recomiendo que lleves watershoes. Nos tocaron días muy lindos y sí volvería a ese hotel. Cerca caminando hay restaurantes, vida nocturna, un oxxo, un super chedraui, una iglesia.

Tuve que cambiar la habitación, dijeron que como contraté con expedia daba a la avenida, donde hay un antro que deja dormir hasta las 4am... tuve que pagar extra por el cambio, Las toallas rotas. El drenaje del lavabo y tina tenían mal puestas las tapas y no drenaban hasta que la señorita de la limpieza las ajustó debidamente.El aire acondicioado solo funcionaba en alto en la segunda habitación, en la primera no funcionaba la caja de seguridad.
