Exceptional Stay at a Superb Location
Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The location is superb, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. We faced a sudden change in our flight schedule and needed a late checkout. Erdem went above and beyond by making a phone call and arranging for us to stay until 9 pm free of charge. I highly recommend Bankerhan Hotel. Extremely well located close to Galata Tower. The room was clean and very comfortable. Got free upgrade to a sea view room. Room was clean and cozy. Staffs were all super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Location was extremely convenient, 5 mins walk to both Galata Bridge and Galata Tower. You can jump onto T1 tram from the Galata bridge station to go south for famous mosques, old palace and great bazaar. Highly recommend.

We have been waken up in the middle of the night by strong sewage odours. Room was not soundproof, we were hearing people shouting in the corridor in the middle of the night. We didn’t feel safe. To turn the bathroom lights on, we had to turn on the lights of the whole room so you can’t go to the bathroom without waking up your partner.
