The place was not very clean and the toilet seat was reinstalled with undersized screws and then packed with silicone what a joke to get a drink at the bar when no one is there took 20 minutes pluse the room had an Oder would not stay there again

Worth it for the experience and breach front!

When I arrived with my kids they helped me to check in. After I saw the bedroom, which was not with a smart tv and the ac wasn't working, they send someone to see it. Downstairs, I spoke to Eduardo, and he was very diligent to find us another accommodation that would provide the comfort and needs we had. The costumer service provided by him was above and beyond! I had previously spoke to stuff members and they weren’t concerned about costumer satisfaction and the costumers needs, when Eduardo accommodated to make the customers happy. I love the restaurant, the food is delicious, the breakfast is amazing, stuff friendly and respectful. Ac amazing, the bed was comfortable and clean sheets. They also provided more pillows and towels as I needed. I have nothing negative to say! View is breathtaking.

O tratamento dos funcionários foi extremamente boa. O café da manhã é satisfatório. O quarto é de extrema qualidade, com cama confortável, ar condicionado e tv funcionando perfeitamente. A localização é o ponto alto, bem de frente da Praia de Boa Viagem, bastando atravessar a rua para ver a praia, além de uma visão linda da piscina que fica no terraço. Indico muito.
