Bay View next to the Crab Trap!
Pier4 is a very nice hotel and adjacent to the CrabTrap where we had a fantastic lunch: crabcakes are out of this world! I had a Bay View in a spacious room with good lighting, chairs, desk small fridge and microwave-- perfect for combo biz/pleasure trips. Good juice, coffee with the continental breakfast. Liked the cable-TV package including a channel guide so you can see what's on! Everyone there was super-friendly and the washer-dryer on the 3rd floor was most helpful (bring quarters).

Location is convenient. Staff was nice and hotel was clean but the lights in the trees in the parking lot lit up the room to the point it was hard to sleep. The mattress was the worst I have ever slept on…it was like sleeping on a box spring with springs poking into your body whenever you moved. The cold air coming in the patio door was a lot. Very hard to get a few hours sleep here.

Property location was perfect for our needs. Easy drive to Cape May. Right next to Crab Trap. Walking distance to fishing pier. I enjoyed a morning jog to OC beach and back across the bridge. Room was clean albeit there is a mildewy odor. Loved the balcony and view of the bay. Skipped the continental breakfast and instead had a yummy crab cake Benedict at the diner up the road. Pool unfortunately was closed but the deck was open to enjoy the great view. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We hope to return one day.
