It was very peaceful and relaxing, listening to the ocean was so nice. Staff were nice and welcoming. It is a nice place to enjoy quality time alone or with company. The food is ok wasn't that great for the price.

Front reception friendly, ocean beach front, natural secluded perfect. Murals in hallway beautiful. The rooms😞 king bed is two twin poor quality sheets and towels given one, must ask for towel, coffee and cup. Air conditioner noisy, no hot water for shower, vanity old , tile grout dirty,

I loved it, the room had a ac problem. But me n my papi made use of it. I had the time of my life. Thanks guys

I came to the hotel with my husband to spend time well over due, the hotel looked nothing like the photo's. I did ask could if Myself and My Husband could be shown how the hotel looked so I could decide if we would still possibly stay and the staff did, However we decided to leave.

I stayed for business, so I just needed something basic for a night. This fit the bill. Pros: Hotel is clean, staff is very friendly and accommodating, the beach is outstanding, calm, clean, clear, beautiful. A river empties onto the beach and you can do river rafting right beside the hotel. Cons: Bed was hard, furnishings and fixtures run down a bit, wifi picked up in my room but wasn't fast enough to reliably stream youtube at 720p. No welcome drink, no bottled water allowance. I've stayed at other budget hotels which are even cheaper and at least received a glass of fruit punch upon arrival or had a few free bottles of water in the room. Things to note: (1) On Expedia it says check in time is 3:00p.m., I was emailed after by the hotel to say check in time was 4:00p.m. (2) When I was booking the room it was not shown on Expedia that it was a "fan only" room until AFTER the booking was made and the full details popped up. I could have canceled or modified but I chose not to as I was okay with that based on the discounted price, but you need to check the fine print after you make the booking to ensure you're getting exactly what you want. (3) If you drive or plan to take taxis this is a great budget option, if you plan to walk about the area as a tourist, it's not quite close enough to anything for you to do that. Would I stay again? Absolutely, but I would def spend a little more for a room with AC.

There is a culture and spirit of celebration here at Kaz Kreole. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed meeting other guests and artists at the Sunset Beach Bar and talking with Ingrid the amazing bartender. The food was very good too. The property does need some updating however, as my shower would leak onto the floor daily and spill out into the other room. But because the floors are tile I made the most of it and used a few extra towels. There is also no phones in the rooms so any inquires or service requests required a walk back down to the front desk. But besides that, the rooms are clean and do come with a balcony view of the ocean which was spectacular! if you’re balling on a budget like me then Kaz Kreole is a good place to stay and I do plan to return here for these reasons and it’s almost direct access to White River and the local community.
