這間酒店的房間寬闊. 地點也算方便，步行大概15分鐘就會去到地鐵站。樓下更有各式各樣的餐廳，超市， （只是餐廳營業時間比較晚，如果想食早餐的話，只能到7-11買麵包)整體來講還算滿意下次嚟首爾還會住在呢度

A sweet home hotel and its always the best.
Orakai Hotel is a very comfortable hotel like our home. I started to stay here since it called Fraser Suites. This is the best as always.

很不錯
Very unprofessional service
The hotel condition is fine but the The female staff in the reception are terribly bad with poor attitudes. The male is rather helpful. When we asked for help in writing the place we wanted to go in Korean. Those females show very Impatient whereas the male helped us with good manner. The pillows in the bedroom are too soft and we asked for additional pillows. They said there is no extra pillows provided. Only when we expressed if the pillows were too soft we couldn’t sleep then they reluctantly gave us the extra. Other than this, the hotel is fine with good set up.
