Very nice decor in the heritage building. The building has its' character. Breakfast service is fantastic.

Cool location, right next to the public market and Townsite Brewery. Nice and quirky accommodation, and a great value... especially with the included breakfast at their restaurant. Only criticism is that the host really didn't seem that thrilled to have us there. Maybe he was having a bad day, but we didn't feel welcome.

The room we had (number 3) was airless and we could open enough windows to get a cross breeze, the AC was old and very loud. The room was listed as the best room (and most expensive) but was not worth the extra money. Management seemed a bit tired and weary .... maybe because it was after a long weekend and COVID strain. We would stay in the hotel again but not that room, dark and dreary. Love the area !

We're on a bike trip and picked this hotel with no expectations to be amazing as it was only rated 2.5 stars. Well it should have been five stars. We were personally shown our room by what we later found out was the owner of the hotel. Totally first class room. It was one of 8 in the whole hotel. Comfortable bed. Working modern tv. Clean as a whistle and full of history. We were able to grab some wine and sit on the deck over looking the Georgia straight and the 100 year old pulp and paper mill. The night was peaceful and the morning breakfast was amazing. You could order anything off the menu... And it was included in your room price. We will definitely stay again. One added bonus is... If you are there Saturday morning. Take the walking tour of the town. It ended up being 3 hours long and we couldn't get enough. Our guide... Stewart was born in the town and made it come alive. We even got to go inside a few historical buildings... Including the oldest movie theater still operating in Canada.

We liked antiques in building but felt room was small. TV was small and didn't work properly the night we stayed but was ok next morning. Also one lamp beside the bed didn't work. "Free" breakfast was very good. Our room had a poor view. The entrance needed better signage. Value for money for the room overall was questionable

Stay was relaxing Staff very friendly Old court house which was converted into a hotel had lots of history We were disappointed their kitchen was closed But thats the Covid19 world We enjoyed our stay Would stay there again if I knew kitchen was open for breakfast

Uniquely designed rooms, comfortable bed and amazing included breakfast. Oh and the staff was really friendly and helpful too.

It was cold at night. Heating system was not working.

Comfy bed, quiet area and great breakfast in a heritage building. We loved our overnight stay!
