It's a nice hotel, but needs some tweaks.
We tried the online check in, but never received confirmation, so we had to go to the reception. The receptionist was nice enough, but we were not offered any upgrade (hotels.com gold members should be offered one when available)
When we got to the room, it was a little disappointing. Little details, like cables sticking out from under the TV, made the room look a tad shabby.
We liked the toiletries, and the beds and bedding were good. The heating was broken, however, and blew out cold air. By the time the maintenance person had come and tried to sort it out, and a new room was arranged, it was 11 30pm. The new room was an upgrade, however it was a bit dusty, and so badly soundproofed that you could hear the guy next door snoring all night.
Pros:
The gym was perfect. It had everything you could need, and was immaculate.
The Level lounge was a sweet idea, and provided a unique way to unwind from the city.
Breakfast was faultless. Great selection and good quality.
