This was a nice hotel to stay at. The rooms and common areas were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is centrally located so it was easy to get to Scottsdale and ASU and the freeway.

When we were checking in there was no availability of King room which we paid for. But the hotel quickly upgraded us to a King bed suite.

We had a great stay, but the jets in the jacuzzi were not working. Other than that no complaints.

Hotel was in an awesome location. Rates were higher cause it was spring training. That was kinda a bummer.
Donnie at the front desk rocked and worked his tail off.
He was great. Answered ever text and always helped. The housekeeping staff was super nice and helpful.

Very nice in terms of room size, bed comfort, availability of refrigerator and so forth. Standard toiletries nd hair dryer. But it is near the airport and could use some more soundproofing

Heater very noisy.
Bathroom sink slow to drain.
Outlets wont hold a plug, falls out. USB charger did not work either side of the bed.

This was a great location for us and the breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay at Hampton Inn again!

Everything was great EXCEPT the WATER was DISGUSTING. It smelled and tasted like mold. My husband and I were seriously scared to even brush our teeth with it. Thus, we brushed our teeth with bottled water and did not shower. Husband tested water in shower, it was the same as water from sink. Very disturbing.

Front desk staff sent me a text asking how my stay was going and I shared with them that the mattress in my room was completely worn out and hurting my back. The front desk staff said they had passed on feedvack to their manager and maintenance and I never heard from anyone. There was no offer to change my room or to flip the mattress or do anything. This is not what I have ever experienced at a Hampton Inn. Consider a change in management at this location.
