Great location and the staff were fantastic. The room was lovely as well. Found the spa a tad under whelming considering spa is in the name. Small pool and a sauna that you had to book for 30 minutes and the gym wasn’t well equipped. Highly recommend though but only as a hotel.

We had a wonderful time at the Hotel & Spa Royal Madeleine. We stayed in the Cocolili Suite for 2 nights and we very pleased with the room. It was quiet, there were free bottles of water, coffee and teas. Our kids 6 and 4 years old loved the arcade machine in the lobby and the kids area by the fireplace.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and we had plenty of space in our room. However, a second chair and another piece of furniture where we could put our things would have been helpful. Thank you for the welcome macarons and chocolates, and the note from the staff. A big huzzah for your staff: everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating, and we really appreciated the effort to get us tickets to a museum, as well as the restaurant recommendations and friendly demeanor each time we walked into the hotel. A special shout out to Asya, who was so kind and warm. She is a gem. The breakfast buffet was delicious!
