Our room was what I expected. Clean & comfortable bed. The grounda are beautiful. Hot tub, isn't hot, but jets work well. The dehumidifier in the room was a blessing.

It's hard for me to review this property because it was a very mixed bag for me. On the one hand it is absolutely beautiful, and there were some staff stanouts, but on the other hand there are some issues. The people who were staying above me had very heavy footfalls and so it was very noisy all the time their footsteps reverberated through the building. The schedule of availability is definitely not set up for guest convenience but staff convenience. Breakfast is from 8:00 to 10:00 which is very late, and the Navistar had limited hours. Not having a restaurant in sitemade eating tricky. It was also awkward when one of the staff members wasn't very helpful when I would ask questions. There was another staff member who went above and beyond when I needed something so it's a mixed bag. Were there great things about staying there? Yes. Would i stay there again? Probably not

A beautiful oasis

We had a beautiful stay here. Kevin took care of us with everything that we needed. Our breakfast was perfect and well-suited for my husband’s dietary needs. The grounds are immaculate and our room was very specious. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel! It is very serene and relaxing. It is a very quaint hotel with large, clean rooms. The staff is extremely nice, friendly and helpful - especially Kevin! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning while watching the birds and butterflies. Boquete is an exceptional place with so much beauty and unique features, you will never want to leave! I cannot wait to return to The Garden Inn in Boquete!!!

We were very disappointed in the lack of a restaurant. The property description includes a restaurant and that was an important factor in our decision to stay there. I consider that a significant misrepresentation. I suggest that it be removed from the property description They have a kitchen for their own purpose of serving breakfast, but that does not qualify as a restaurant

The garden is beautiful and provides a wonderful habitat for birds. The rooms are spacious and clean. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Kevin who is efficient and friendly and seems to anticipate your needs. I highly recommend staying at their beautiful lodge.

Absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. Delicious breakfast every morning watching an array of beautiful birds. Comfortable room, and the covered patio was delightful. The staff were so accommodating, and scheduled activities we were interested in. Highest recommendation!!

Lights out

The stay was good except I returned from listening to music in town there was a power outage it was pitch black and i fell and smaked my forhead on the concrete leaving a huge knot and abraisions. The blackout lasted until about 2am i was awake most of the night with a spliting headache. They need a backup generator to atleast light the walkways to thee casitas. It was pitch black and very dangerous
