I couldn’t sleep. I was told that there was a wrong complain but I was sleeping so I don’t know where I got got the idea that I was making so much noise. Also I think there’s a ghost in my room because the chairs kept moving every night at a specific time.

Room was not clean, anyone can go into the building and any floor, no phones in rooms so you have to go down for issues, water heat was irradic, shower caulking failed and water flooded the floor every time we showered, heat had to be on 80° to work at all and even them room was frigid. We refused service due to their clear lack of COVID precautions.

I’ll check in hotel representative was short and rude when viewing my reservation. I was uncomfortable at checkin & general manager had to approve reservation. This was done in front of other guests and made me feel embarrassed. I registered two adults for a reservation and was only given one key. When I ask for a second key hotel representative gave me an attitude. I asked for early check-in she told me will be $35 yeah I was charged $40. The room was extremely small and comfortable blankets with dirty floor was dirty not one toilet roll When I called and asked about continental breakfast which was included hotel staff was very rude cynical and made me feel unwanted. As a paying customer that has stayed here multiple times in the past I feel this is not acceptable. It shows a certain level of prejudice And unprofessionalism on behalf of the hotel staff. I feel a certain type of training should be given so that all customers I made to feel the same. I will no longer be staying at this hotel and will let others know that the level of hospitality and professionalism is extremely unsatisfactorily and and a major disappointment. I asked for housekeeping and was rudely and abruptly denied. This made me stay in a messy room and I couldn’t walk without sneakers on.

For the most part, the location is perfect (around corner from R and W train), blocks away from Hearld Square. What I will tell you is be really careful and check your statements. Before checking in, I have a $76.05 hold on my card, once I checked-in, then I had the price of the hotel room as well. No one could tell me why the hold was there. Also when arrived, only one roll of toilet paper (not even a full roll) in the room. had to go downstairs to get a roll

Great location. Room was small but clean. The only downside was very loud construction at the building directly next door starting at 4am on weekdays. For location and price would stay again though.

TV kept shutting off ever 20 minutes and we’d have to get up to unplug it then plug it back in. We were told that checkout was 12 pm and we were rushed to leave our from as early as 10 am ( we still took our time and right before 12 it was just an annoyance to be hounded down to leave when you paid so much money). The male staff at the front desk was very nice and respectful but the lady was very rude. On a positive note the room looked nice and we were offered room service everyday.

We originally thought based on the pictures that the room would be colorful and more spacious but when we got there it was small and dark. We requested the lake view and instead were facing buildings and it wasn't pleasant to look outside. Additioanlly, the plumbing was noisy and kept banging all night and in the morning we were woken up by loud construction. We did not enjoy our stay and were not happy with this hotel experience.

The room itself was clean but 1) no overhead lighting. Even the light next to the bed was very dim so i needed to read my book/work on my laptop in the bathroom 2) no microwave or hot water anywhere. I couldn’t heat up my food or even eat instant ramen even when i asked the lobby. If I had known that I wouldn’t have access to boiled water, I would’ve paid extra and stayed at a different hotel. Spent so much more on ubereats than I expected Otherwise the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean.
