Poorly managed property
When we arrived for our 2-night stay in a 2-bedroom suite, the beds were made, but rest of room had not been cleaned. Floors were dirty with old food on kitchen floor, old coffee still in pot (growing mold), fridge was dirty, and oven totally disgusting. The garbage can was filthy with splatters on the wall where it sat. One of the toilet seats was ready to come off, and tp almost out. Little to no shampoo, conditioner, soap in shower dispensers. Fireplace didn't work, and no remote to be found for the living room tv. Key cards were sketchy in all locations. Even the elevators and hallways were extremely dirty. Key cards were sketchy in all locations needed (room, elevator, and pool). We had six for our family and at one point all 6 quit working. We reported room issues to front desk, and they sent housekeeping in. Head of housekeeping very apologetic. Front desk assistant managers seemed rude and indifferent with never an apology. At one point one promised our rooms to be comped, but a different manager said no, they wouldn't do that.
The first night they shut down the pool and hot tub at 9:30 with no explanation why. After being out in the cold that evening, we were looking forward to the advertised 'adult hour' at 10 pm.
The attitude of the front desk personnel makes us believe that this is just the way it is all the time, that they hear these complaints all the time, and they are doing nothing to change it. We will never stay here again.
