Room next to ours was blasting their TV. Someone was running around knocking on doors in the middle of the night. Hotel should have someone on duty ensuring this doesnt happen.

Toilet in room was not working so we got a new room . Bed was not as comfortable as we are used to . The hotel was very busy so that was worrisome but the staff were awesome. Wedding going on too! This was the busiest hotel in town.

Great stay
We booked the wheel chair accessible king room - we were there for a wedding and it gave us extra room with a couch to hosts other wedding guests in our room. Hotel was very quiet probably due to covid. Very clean, staff was very friendly. I used the fitness room in the mornings and all equipment worked, had a few TVs to watch and was very clean

Great stay
It was great! I sent a message ahead about feather allergies and they had the pillows all swapped out before we got there. They were very accommodating. Wipes were included in the room for us to wipe down if we felt the need. It was quiet and smooth checkin and checkouts.
