First of all the apartment we got was not the one from the photos and the location was different as well.

SCAM LISTING - They bait and switch you on the location. The apartment they “upgrade” you to is the floor above four outdoor night clubs that blast music until 4am every night of the week—you won’t be able to sleep! The space smells like mold, the bed is broken, the shower was broken and stinks, there is no wifi. It’s beyond awful. I want my money back!

A terrible experience
My experience with this place is terrible and problems after problems. 1. The list address on hotels.com is complete different than the building address I am staying. 2. The picture of the room I booked is different than what I stayed 3. The shower drain had problems 4. The bed’s leg was broken, I got hurt because of it 5. The air condition is not working at all. The room is extremely hot and I got sweaty 6. The room is not clean, a lot of dusting 7. The blanket has bloody on 8. The bedding sheet was dirty 9. The worst is there is no water at on the forth days I stayed. I had to spend money to stay in another place!!

Stay at Cannes during Film Festival
The unit that was given to me was not the address of the Marazur Apartment as listed on Expedia. The unit was two blocks from it but more importantly directly above the busiest/noisiest street in Cannes! It's the equivalent of Bourbon street but even crazier as people party EVERYDAY from 10pm until 7/8am. EVERYDAY! There is no way to sleep as the noise of the partying (crowd noise, booming music, heavy bass) goes on until 7/8am. Did I say this happens EVERYDAY???? Some noise during the Film Festival is understandable as pedestrians frolic around at night. But I never imagined that I would be two floors directly above the busiest and noisiest street in Cannes.
