We picked this hotel for the location while visiting the Comedy and Lucy museums plus the lowest price. We weren't going to be in the room much.
The lobby is sparse, but adequate.
Some of the staff areas (closets, laundry area, etc) had open doors and looked super messy. This included the area behind the reception desk.
The person who checked us in was very nice, but we could tell she was over-worked.
Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet despite facing the busy street. Very comfy bed.
Your basic hotel grab-your-own breakfast was better than some I've had.
Some decent dining options within a very short walk.
